Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders will ship 24-48 hours from order date.
All orders in the US are shipped by USPS. International orders are shipped by either UPS or DHL.
Banshee Swim is not responsible for any lost or missing in transit packages. If this happens you can file a missing package claim with the shipping corrier service.
Returns & Exchanges: All return and exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
Wrong size or want a different color? Within 30 days of your order: Contact email@example.com and let us know and we can give you a label to return and exchange your goods. Bottoms must have hygienic liner still attached. If an item is returned without the hygiene liner, the customer may not receive a full refund.
Want to make a return / refund policy
For a returned item (an item not being exchanged for another piece), $7 will be deducted from refund amount to be used for the return label.
We always think it's a good idea to see if one of your friends might like the suit as a gift! but if not, then use the same contact as above, and we can issue a return for STORE CREDIT (minus $6 for return label) of suits that are unused, undamaged and still have hygienic liner attached. (Also must be done within 30 days of purchase date)
If the suit return comes without hygiene liner, and/ or is damaged at least half of the store credit will not be issued.
We are unable to issue exchanges for overseas orders at this time as a small business. Returns also cannot be made at all during this time. If a parcel is returned due to duties not being paid then we will process the refund for the suit but not the shipping cost.
Items on sale for 30% or more will not be eligible for refund.
All sample sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.
